Dangit, title would have been better if they had freakin tildes and accents on the american keyboard but noo..
Anyway, it's a picture of Spain, obviously, and it isn't my first time drawing him. Just the first picture (or any picture) submitted (in a while).
This came about when I randomly felt like drawing him, so I did. Took a total of about and hour to draw, ink, and color. Took and extra hour to recolor and add in the picture in the background on the computer.
And yes, I could have made the collar up a little higher, but I needed to give the fangirls something to squee about.
